Hello, I am Charli Louise, founder of Eat Love Flow.

Life contains more stress than it ever has. We are overwhelmed, anxious and suffering from more chronic illness and mental health concerns than ever before. Eating nutritionally, loving ourselves and flowing with movement to regulate our nervous systems should be our priority although it can sometimes feel like another thing on the to-do list.

Monthly Yoga for Deep Rest

I run monthly restorative yoga classes in Canterbury in Kent, focused on deeply nurturing and restoring the nervous system, helping you to deal with daily life. The monthly reset utilises restorative and yin poses, with yoga nidra, guided relaxation and breath work. Come as you are and leave feeling restored with tools that you can use throughout the month.

About me

My yoga journey began in 2015 when, at 30 years old, I developed vestibular migraine. I discovered yoga and meditation during a few very difficult years and there began my own healing journey.

The natural path from there was to qualify as a yoga teacher and I qualified with in person training in Bali in August 2018 and I have since been a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT 200). My teachers were the incredible Shiva Das, Mercy Ananda, Allison Eaton and Nia.

The pandemic then shifted the world and during the first lockdown I also gave birth to my daughter. Finding a new way with yoga having had a difficult birth, and subsequent uterine and bladder prolapse, I have been on a journey to re-discovery.

I originally released my yoga videos to YouTube back in 2018 (under Charli Louise Yoga) with an aim to bring yoga to everyone. After a pause from online videos to focus on my daughter’s early years, I have re-launched my channel under Eat Love Flow. If, like me, you enjoy online teaching, then I hope you find something to gain from my website and YouTube channel.

Everybody can do yoga.

Yoga is a tool, movement, breath work, mind-body connection, to allow us to feel present with ourselves again. You may love the vibe of a speedy vinyasa class in your 20s but then want to transition into a more yin/restorative flow as you move through your 30s into your 40s and beyond.

Yoga isn’t static and neither should your flow be. Life throws us different challenges and yoga is a tool to help us stay grounded no matter what is happening around us.
